Your camera is magic isn't it?

I sometimes forget how different things are for children now compared to when I was little... and also how exciting it used to be discovering something new and truly believing it was magic.

My youngest cousin has never heard of polaroid or instant cameras before and watching her little face and my other cousins faces as they watched a photo develop before their eyes was so much fun!

Of course she then insisted on taking a photo...

(I finally got one of me and Boyfriend, huzzah!

Cute little girls are much better bullies than me!)

...and then having her photo taken as well.
The frog is her school mascot, Spike!

Children are so used to seeing an image on the back of a digital camera these days that you are right they never actually see one develop - I can remember waiting weeks to see the film developed at Boots, with the cat pictures at the end of use up the film!

I still get excited and full of amazement when using my polaroid! Did you cave and buy polaroid film in the end??
