Instax Mini's from the weekend...

This past weekend, I finally got to take out my little Fuji Instax Mini - I've been trying to be conservative with my mini's as they can be quite expensive (especially at the rate I take them, haha) but as this was a special occasion I thought it was the perfect time to use it.

For my Mum's second birthday weekend, we surprised her with a long weekend away at a glorious barn in Lancashire which was perfectly placed in the middle of nowhere, along an incredible windy road with the most perfect surrounding scenery and lots of sheep and lambs.

You can kind of make out the sheep and the barn in the first photo towards the right hand side, in the middle... just.

On Sunday we visited Morcambe - which wasn't really that great, other than the Eric Morcambe statue but the day was made much better by going 3 miles down the coast to Heysham, which was beautiful and so calm and relaxing.

We managed to take a crazy number of photos between us and I can't wait to share more of them, it really was a perfect family weekend of celebrating and relaxing! I want to go back already...

  7. hmm. we still have our very first roll of film in our instax from the summer of 2010. we had so many hiccups when we used it that it's just been gathering dust. got any suggestions for something exciting i can do with it?

  8. Oh I love the one with the yellowy thumbprint (?) especially... ones that come with a bit of randomness are always my favourite. Know what you mean about being conservative with the film though... I hardly ever use mine for that exact reason!!
